TRAID provides free home collections to residents living in the West London Waste Authority boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Richmond.  TRAID will collect your unwanted textiles, clothes and shoes, and small Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) items.

Our friendly drivers will collect donations from you at an agreed time which means you don’t have to leave them outside. Plus, our vans are branded with TRAID’s charity livery so you know it’s us.

Our collection times are 16:00 - 21:00 (Mon-Fri) and 09:00 – 14:00 (Sat). This helps the service run as efficiently as possible while reducing our environmental impact.
