How it works

Pick

Pick the clothes you want to donate and pop them in some big bags. Don’t forget to pre-wash your items before you donate!

Click

Fill out the form or call 020 8733 2595 to find out the next available collection time. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s booked.

Collect

Our friendly driver will call ahead when they’re on their way. They’ll pull up in a bright Traid van – you’ll know it when you see it.
